Delivery and Insurance


Orders placed before 11:00 am (AEST) Monday – Friday will be dispatched same day, with the exclusion of public holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 am will be treated, for the purposes of dispatch, as being made the following business day. In the event that an order cannot be dispatched in accordance with these terms, customers will be contacted as soon as practicable. 


Orders exceeding $250.00 will qualify for free standard shipping within Australia. The delivery fee for orders with a value less than $250.00 will be calculated at check-out, with reference to the weight of the package. 


An email confirming shipping information will be forwarded to customers following dispatch. This email will include tracking information that can be used by customers to check the status of their delivery. Customers should contact us immediately if the details on the shipping confirmation are incorrect. 


Most orders to New South Wales, ACT, South Australia, Victoria and Queensland will be delivered within three (3) business days. Orders shipped to the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania may take five (5) to seven (7) business days to arrive. We do not guarantee the delivery times quoted by us, Australia Post or third-party courier services. Delivery times are approximate and subject to availability. We are not able to provide any information about the time of day the parcel will be delivered. 


Customers that have not received their delivery within seven (7) to ten (10) business days should check the tracking details provided and contact us with their order number and shipping information. 


We do not offer same day delivery. Express shipping is available to customers at an additional fee. This option must be selected and paid for at check-out. 


Customers that accept our free delivery option consent to their goods being delivered with Authority to Leave. Customers who do not want their parcel left at the nominated address, or have other delivery preferences, should leave alternate instructions in the comments section at check-out. We do not guarantee that all requests will be satisfied. Additional charges may apply. 


Please note, we do not deliver to post boxes.


In the event that a courier has left a note and you do not contact the courier service to arrange delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery at an additional charge. 


All flat rate and signed for orders under $500.00 are insured up to the value of $100.00. Insurance is increased to $250.00 for orders over $500.00. We can increase insurance cover at your request, for an additional fee. 


Title and risk in the products ordered are transferred to the purchaser once the goods have been dispatched.
